- Research and develop farm products and spices.
- Coordinate and cooperate with national and international government and non-governmental organizations.
- Produce a resource manual for use all over Nepal to institutionalize the content of vocational trainings for cardamom and Szechuan pepper cultivation.
- Develop the capacity of local communities to produce quality farm products, which they harvest, process, grade, package, and market while giving due consideration to hygiene, environmental protection, and biodiversity conservation.
- Promote spices and other farm products in European and other international market.
